Our Story

At Forest Infusions, we craft exceptional teas inspired by New Zealand’s wild beauty. Grown on Banks Peninsula, our teas are made with all-natural ingredients, nurtured in a regenerating forest where nature leads the way. Perched between Akaroa’s ridgeline and rocky outcrops, our land tells a story of renewal.

Once open paddocks, it is now reclaimed by Kānuka — a pioneer species that shelters emerging native trees. Over time, this scrubland will transform into a thriving broadleaf podocarp forest. With deep respect for this process, we thoughtfully harvest our Kānuka to encourage regrowth and ensure the forest continues to flourish.
